- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The service, courtesy, professionalism are unbeatable at BOA when compared to other banks! At BOA, Associates understand and care about their customers. I am not treated like a number each time I go to any branch. The tellers never say to me: "next!" when I am waiting in line. Instead, they seek my attention, make eye contact with me, smile and make themselves available to taking care of me. They make me like I am the most important customer of the day, and they "have all the time in the world", especially before closing, they don't hurry you up. That's why I am never apprehensive when I go to my bank in any State! I always leave happy, like I have taken care of a burden. Thank you!By zea gooding, August 08, 2017
