- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆absolutely incompetent. I am trying to pay off debt for my mom so I asked for everything in writing. Seems pretty simple right? Not to these people. First person I spoke with took my email address down completely wrong, completely butchered it. So, I call back a 2nd time, this guy takes the info down and I wait 4.5 hours and nothing. Call back a third time, take my information down and nothing. Call back and fourth time where they insist it was sent and I give them my fax this time. Still waiting and nothing.... - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆COMPLETELY AWFUL. I have now so far sent out four emails about this alleged debt to file a dispute, all to the correct email address. AND NONE OF HAVE BEEN ANSWERED. I know for a fact this bill was paid in 2013, and the alleged outstanding debt has NEVER shown on a credit report since then. Not to mention their robot system calls me an average of once or twice a day, asks to push 1 if I am that person, and THEN IT HANGS UP ON YOU. When you call, the reps seem to have absolutely no idea what they're talking about. If you miss a call, there is no voicemail left pertaining to what the call was about and the calls come from random numbers each time. UNPROFESSIONAL. AND. The person they have responding to these google reviews saying the debt agency can't provide you proof of debt is completely incorrect, THEY ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF THE DEBT IF THEY WANT TO KEEP GOING AFTER YOU FOR IT.
