- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Their sales reps are awesome. I loved the sales rep. The management behind the actual payroll service, however, is TRASH. Our company was forced to pay unemployment for an employee who absolutely should not have qualified, but since PAYCHEX didn't send the courts the evidence we sent to paychex to submit on our behalf (copies of company policy, signatures of the employee agreeing to obey policy, evidence that the employee broke the policy several times, etc.) the courts ruled against us. When we demanded an explanation as to how this could have possibly happened, we got the run around for about a month until we finally decided to switch payroll companies. Paychex never assumed liability for THEIR mistake and then gave us the run around. I'd give them negative 100 stars if I could. Stay away from Paychex.
